Week 15
This week our ROCK STAR IS GRACIE!!
Holiday Hoopla was a success last week and I'm sure many of you will be revceiving wonderful gifts under the tree this year:)
WOW! Hard to believe we are almost to Christmas Break! We have a full week of activities.
Thursday is our annual Christmas Concert in the Church. Please have your students at school in their classroom by 6:45pm.
Friday is our Christmas party! We will watch the movie Stone Fox, and enjoy some treats that Mrs. Blandford is preparing for us. Thank You! On Thursday we will take the Stone Fox test.
In Writers Workshop this month the students have been working on writing prompts. I am really enjoying their writing. Today they wrote about the person that they admire most. Many of you Mom's and Dad's would be very happy to hear how your students feel about you.
In Religion we continue to prepare for the coming of Jesus. We will complete our Advent chapter and have a quiz on Friday. We will cover the review this Wednesday.
In Math we continue to work with Fractions. Many of the students may also begin to work on a computer program called "Success Maker." This is a wonderful program which will increase math skills and give students who may be behind some extra support to move ahead.
